Make the review state mean something.

An Arabic document can be ready for language review while its commercial terms still await a business decision. Calling both states approved creates a dangerous shortcut. We separate the kind of review, the version it covers and the person authorised to make the next decision.

Separate the two questions

For an illustrative bilingual proposal, one reviewer checks Arabic meaning and another confirms the scope offered to the customer. We would show those as distinct decisions. A change to an amount or exclusion can reopen the relevant review under your policy without pretending the earlier language comment approved a new commercial version.

The first working release may include intake, assignment, requested corrections and a readable history. We agree who may decide, who can substitute during absence and which evidence belongs in the record. Notifications support that process; sending a message does not prove anyone has reviewed it.

Test a changed record

Acceptance examples include an old page left open, a rejected item, a corrected attachment and two colleagues acting close together. Ordinary accounts are tested as well as administrators, including access to exported decisions and files.
